In this design-assist collaboration with RNL Architecture, our team provided a GMP from a spaceplan and managed design to meet the budget and schedule. This location houses over 700 employees for Kaiser’s administrative services division. Critical path was determined by the fact that the Main Data Facility had to be delivered 90 days prior to occupancy.
