This 5,575 sf first-generation, Class-A tenant finish project was completed in 15 weeks. Close coordination achieved material and scheduling solutions with on-time deliver for planned tenant move-in. The feature stair is a major orientation landmark for the two floors, with custom handrails and glass panels increasing permeation of natural light. A welcoming ambiance is created through the lighting and the naturally lustrous texture of wood millwork. First-class finishes include DIRTT office fronts, adorned with “bird’s nest” custom millwork and decorative illuminating soffits. Colored tiles add a pop of visual interest to the otherwise neutral palette.
