Along with our values of being grateful, thankful and humble, comes a strong desire to give back.

Our success provides us with the opportunity to give back and help others. We believe strongly in helping young people learn about the great opportunities in the architecture, engineering and construction industries, so we take every opportunity we can to mentor and speak with young adults. We also believe in the value that charity starts at home and that if everyone helped their neighbor, the world would be a better place. So, we donate our time and money that are important to our employees and their families, mostly to local charities.
