The 122,000-square-foot industrial building is located at 10355 W. 120th Avenue in Broomfield, Colorado. Strategically positioned along the US-36 Innovation Corridor and adjacent to Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport, AirPark 36 is designed to meet growing demand from advanced manufacturing, aerospace technology, logistics, and research focused businesses seeking space between Denver and Boulder.
The Class A Industrial facility is situated on 7.92 acres with spectacular views and will offer modern industrial functionality, including 28-foot clear heights, 20 dock-high doors, 6 drive-in doors, up to 6,000 amps of power, and a flexible configuration capable of accommodating single or multi-tenant uses from 20,000 to 122,000 sf. The project is expected to be completed in Q2 2027.
