Rob Cortazzo promoted to Senior Vice President, Arizona; Todd Geer joins as Senior Project Manager
Phoenix, Ariz., Sept. 3, 2026 — Alcorn Construction has promoted Robert “Rob” Cortazzo to Senior Vice President, Arizona, and welcomed Todd Geer as Senior Project Manager, strengthening the company’s Arizona leadership and project-delivery capacity.
Since entering the Arizona market in 2022, Alcorn has built a strong local team and expanded its project portfolio and business pipeline. These appointments support the company’s continued focus on client service and selective growth across additional market sectors, including healthcare, aviation, and hospitality.

In his expanded role, Cortazzo will lead Alcorn’s Arizona strategy and operations, including project performance, client relationships, team development, and market growth. He brings more than 35 years of construction and executive leadership experience, including 20 years in the Phoenix market, along with extensive regional knowledge and strong industry relationships.
Geer brings more than 25 years of construction leadership experience across a broad range of markets. As Senior Project Manager, he will lead projects from preconstruction handoff through closeout and add depth to Alcorn’s project leadership team in Arizona.
