Alcorn Construction is proud to announce that our very own James Gutierrez, Marketing Specialist, will be stepping into the spotlight – and the boxing ring – at this year’s NAIOP Colorado Fight Night, happening Thursday, November 13, 2025, at ReelWorks Denver.
NAIOP Colorado’s Fight Night is one of the most anticipated events in Denver’s commercial real estate calendar. With over 700 industry professionals expected to attend, the evening blends high-energy entertainment, networking, and philanthropy. This year’s theme throws it back to the 90s with era-inspired visuals, custom cocktails, and a neon-lit afterparty.
The event features live boxing matches between CRE professionals – dubbed the Real Estate Ringers – who train for months to compete in front of their peers, all while raising funds for the Denver Children’s Foundation.
This year, Alcorn Construction is thrilled to sponsor one of our own. James Gutierrez will represent Alcorn in the ring against Alex Adams from Westside Investment Partners. James has has been training hard in preparation for this challenge. His enthusiasm and grit have inspired the entire Alcorn team, and we couldn’t be more excited to cheer him on.
