Parc Santa Fe Wins NAIOP Colorado’s 2019 Industrial Development Award

On February 27, 2020 Alcorn Construction was honored – along with LaPour Partners, Powers Brown Architecture, Jackson-Shaw, and Stream Realty Partners with the 2019 Industrial Development Award at NAIOP Colorado’s 2019 Awards of Achievement ceremony. The project beat out two other industrial projects – Prologis Park 70 and Tower Business Center - Building 1 – for the award. Jeffrey LaPour of LaPour Partners accepted the award on stage at the event, along with Alcorn Construction’s President, Chris Alcorn.

Parc Santa Fe is a three-building, 343,018-square-foot urban infill industrial campus located in Littleton, Colorado. Each building was constructed to accommodate office, showroom, manufacturing, distribution, assembly and a variety of other industrial uses. The campus combines state-of-the-art construction and modern energy efficiency standards, and the structures are divisible, allowing for maximum flexibility and efficiency. It was completed in October 2019.
