Summit I @ CTC (for Lots 6 & 10)

This design-build, speculative, light industrial, tilt-up project was constructed on two lots totaling 5 acres in the Colorado Tech Center. The high water table required a de-watering system during construction that was successfully managed throughout to meet the State of Colorado’s very stringent standards.

Summit II @ CTC (for Lot 1)

Built on a 2.64 acre lot in the Colorado Techy Center in Louisville, CO, this tilt-up concrete speculative warehouse building was constructed with appealing stone, steel and glass entries. It features 24′ clear height, dock high and drive-in loading, ESFR sprinkler system, and 2,000A service to the entire building. With 40′ column spacing, the space is easily divisible and can accommodate up to three tenants of varying size.
