At more than 200K SF, Elevation 25 is a two-building flex industrial campus completed in Q3 2023. The customer embraced Alcorn’s On-Board Early Process, and we were heavily involved in geotechnical investigation and recommendations, traffic studies, and driving the design process to ensure our customer spent less time on the project, felt more confident in the decisions they made, and met the schedule and budget constraints of their proforma.
