Alcorn worked with FlexEtc to convert a warehouse at 5180 Fox St. in Denver into a space built for co-working and co-warehousing. Tenants can lease spaces ranging from 300-3,000 square feet with short-term leases, giving them the ability to scale up or down as their business changes. The space also includes open air office space, private office, bookable conference rooms, a kitchen, restrooms, and retreats for tenants for use for work and relaxation.
