This was a design-build project, including design and construction of Gordon’s process equipment, featuring compressed air, a water filtration system, large tank, and vacuum system for plastic supply. The facility also features a 10,000 sf mezzanine office with windows that look out to the manufacturing floor, and includes a covered executive parking area.
