This three-story composite steel structure built from the ground up off Park Avenue in downtown Denver is a showcase of Open Studio Architecture’s work. Their office is on the second floor of the building and includes a patio with a vintage overhead door. Additionally, Alcorn built space for future retail and office tenants on the first and third floors.
