This Project involved the conversion of retail space into a fully-functioning micro-brewery in one of Denver’s most fashionable neighborhoods. A warehouse area in the back was converted into the brewing space. Several floor drains for the brewing process were installed and tied into the unusually deep existing sanitary sewer system. The curbside retail space was converted into a bar with open ceilings, stylish lighting, glass overhead doors opening to outdoor seating, and a concrete bar top embedded with metal equipment from the owner’s barn in Kansas.

“As a retired general contractor, I had high expectations for Alcorn Construction to build our brewery as if I was building it myself. Well… they didn’t disappoint! Their management of the schedule, budget and workmanship was excellent. I highly recommend them without any reservation.”
