While finishing up Parc Santa Fe construction, Alcorn also completed construction on a tenant finish project in Building C of the industrial park for QED> The project included buildout of both office and warehouse space with 24′ clear heights, 21 dock-high doors (9’x10′), four drive in doors, 143′ secured truck court depth – real load with yards, and 52’x60′ typical column spacing.
