This project in Mesa, Arizona consisted of two speculative suites in two buildings at the Unbound Gateway development. In addition to open office space, the suites included restrooms, kitchen space, offices, and conference rooms. Alcorn was able to complete both spaces before the core and shell buildings they’re in were finished, building trust and a strong relationship with the customer.
