This first generation buildout, constructed on half of the 9th floor and the entire 10th floor, features a new internal stair with glass railings and solid 4″ walnut treads and landings to provide an internal connection between floors. The project also features solid hardwood flooring, open ceilings, acoustical clouds, back-painted glass and DIRTT office fronts.
