Alcorn Construction completed this 4,763 sf first-generation tenant finish buildout for the Janiczek Wealth Management’s headquarters. These photos showcase the functional and beautiful Class A custom tenant finish. The project scope included high-end finishes, such as stone countertops in the café, painted glass reception display wall, and motorized rolling shades in conference rooms. While it was a new building, sound concerns during construction were well monitored for the existing neighboring tenant.
