This project was a design-build delivery, which allowed our customer to close on the land after completing only a site plan. Based on this, Alcorn provided a complete price for the project and managed design to ensure that the project stayed on budget. Asphalt plants had closed, so part of the parking lot was paved in concrete, rather than asphalt to deliver on time. This solution was implemented without a change order to the customer.
