A series of obstacles – including permitting issues and the COVID-19 pandemic made this 13,973-square-foot office TI in Thornton, Colorado a memorable one. Despite the challenges, Alcorn’s project team worked feverishly with the Sturgeon Electric team to get them into their new space as quickly as possible. The space includes both individual and open office space, co-working and meeting spaces, and a breakroom.
