After the original general contractor filed for bankruptcy, Alcorn stepped in to deliver a successful outcome. This situation required us to work very closely with Weatherford to assess and document the existing conditions before construction started. Relationships with the existing subcontractors were maintained, where possible, to limit costs and liability for Weatherford, and to be fair to the subs left exposed by the bankruptcy.
