This ground up space was built for Economy Rent-A-Car near Denver International Airport. The building includes a check-in and waiting area, offices, and kitchen, as well as an onsite car wash, maintenance bay, large parking area, and other landscaping and site work. Alcorn delivered the space ahead of schedule, reaching substantial completion on the project more than two weeks early.
